This red dot uses the C-More RTS footprint standard.

The C-MORE RTS3B V2 is a competition-proven red dot sight built for shooters who want speed, durability, and confidence under pressure. This is not a minor update of the previous generation, but a full redesign focused on higher performance and greater reliability. Before release, the sight was tested by professional shooters for a full year in training and competition, and it proved itself at the highest level by helping secure 1st place overall at the 2024 USPSA Carry Optics National Championship.

V2 improvements

The V2 version adds a new button lockout mode and improved low brightness levels. These updates make the sight more practical for serious use, especially for shooters who want better control over brightness settings and added protection against accidental button presses.

Fast dot acquisition and clear view

The enlarged lens is one of the standout features of the RTS3B V2. It gives the shooter a more open view through the optic, making it easier to pick up the dot quickly when presenting the pistol and to maintain visual control during recoil and transitions. For competitive shooting, this can mean faster, more confident stage performance. For defensive or practical use, it means a more intuitive sight picture when speed matters.

Built for reliability on slide-mounted pistols

The RTS3B V2 has been engineered to withstand demanding use with large caliber firearms and high round counts. The housing has been reinforced, the electronics hardened, and the battery system upgraded with a new aluminum tray. Together, these features help the optic stay dependable under recoil and repeated use.

The emitter is also protected by a dedicated shield, helping prevent dirt, debris, and environmental exposure from reducing brightness over time.

Smart power management

The RTS3B V2 uses the MSS Motion Sensing System, also known as Shake to Wake. When no movement or vibration is detected for 3 minutes, the dot shifts to standby mode to preserve battery life. As soon as motion is detected again, the dot powers on immediately.

The sight also includes a user-programmable Auto Off feature. By default, the optic will fully switch off after 4 hours of inactivity with no button presses. This feature can now be turned off, allowing the optic to remain in MSS mode indefinitely if preferred.

Brightness control and precision adjustments

The optic uses a 12-position manual push-button intensity control, allowing precise brightness adjustment with return to the previous setting. This gives the shooter dependable manual control in changing light conditions.

Windage and elevation adjustments are made in precise 1 MOA clicks. The adjustment system is internally locked, so no external locking screw is required, helping maintain a clean design and dependable zero.

Battery replacement without losing zero

The RTS3B V2 uses a CR2032 battery housed in a side-loading aluminum battery tray. Because the battery can be replaced without removing the optic from the firearm, there is no need to re-zero the sight after battery changes. The battery tray is O-ring sealed and forms part of the optic’s IPX7 waterproof design.

Mounting information

The RTS3B model includes direct mounting screws (2x 8-32x1/2 and 2x M4x12), but it does not include a mount. The sight can be installed using a C-MORE mounting kit, an aftermarket or custom mount, or directly to the firearm where compatible and in accordance with the installation instructions.
