Sights for Canik models

This collection contains iron sights for Canik pistols. One sight family fits the METE, including the METE SF and SFX. It also fits TP9 models such as the TP9 SFx and Elite Combat.

Low sights or co-witness sights

• Low sights (Angry Bear): for shooting with iron sights only. Available in blank, fiber optic or tritium.
• Co-witness sights (Night Fision): taller tritium sights that you see through the window of a red dot. One version is made for red dots with the Holosun K-series footprint.

Choose co-witness sights if you mount a red dot on your Canik. Choose low sights if you shoot without a red dot. Both makers machine the sights from steel in the USA.

Installation

Most sights sit in a dovetail. You drift the old sight out and the new one in with a sight pusher or a punch. See Installation tools.

Can I change the sights on my Canik at home?

Yes, with a sight pusher or a punch. Drift the old sight out of the dovetail and push the new one in. If you do not have the tool, a gunsmith can do it for you. See Installation tools.

Which sights should I choose for my Canik?

It depends on how you shoot:

• You use a red dot: co-witness sights. They are tall enough to see through the red dot window.
• You shoot with iron sights only: low sights or standard sights.
• You shoot in poor light: tritium. It glows in the dark without charging.
• You shoot in daylight, at the range or in competition: fiber optic.

I have a Holosun 507K on my METE. Which co-witness sights?

The co-witness sights marked [Holosun K-series]. They are made for red dots with this footprint.
