This collection contains red dots that fit the optic cut of the CZ P-10 Optics Ready [S, C, F & Ported] directly, without a plate. You remove the cover plate from the cut, put the red dot in and screw it down.

Do I need a plate for these red dots on my CZ P-10 Optics Ready [S, C, F & Ported]?

No. They go straight into the optic cut.

Can I install the red dot myself?

Can I still use my iron sights?

Only if they are tall enough. Factory sights are often hidden by the red dot. Co-witness sights are taller, so you see them through the window.
