Sights for HS Produkt models

This collection contains iron sights for HS Produkt pistols. HS Produkt makes the pistols that Springfield sells as XD, XDM, XDS and Hellcat. The sights therefore fit both brands.

Sight families

• XDM, HS-9 and SF19: one family, shared with the Springfield XD and XDM. Tritium and fiber optic sights, LPA adjustable sights and a tritium front sight. See Sights for HS Produkt XDM, Sights for HS Produkt HS-9 and Sights for HS Produkt SF19.
• S-Line: shares sights with the Springfield XDS, in blank, fiber optic and tritium. See Sights for HS Produkt S-Line.

Optic cut or not

Many HS Produkt models exist with and without an optic cut. The sights for the SF19 RDR, XDM OSP and Echelon are not for classic variants without optic cut. The sights for the XDM, HS-9 and SF19 are for slides without optic cut. Check the variant of your pistol before you order.

Co-witness or low sights

For the SF19 RDR, XDM OSP and Echelon there are co-witness sights and low sights. Co-witness sights are tall enough to be seen through the window of a red dot. Low sights are for shooting without a red dot. For the H11 OR there are co-witness sights in blank or fiber optic and sights with tritium.

Single front sight

For the XDM, HS-9 and SF19 there is also a single tritium front sight. You can combine it with the factory rear sight. The tritium glows in the dark, so the front sight stays visible in poor light.

Sight picture

The end of each title names the sight picture. Fiber optic is bright in daylight. Tritium glows in the dark. Luminescent dots charge in light and glow for a while. White dots and white lines give contrast without glowing. Blank sights have a plain grooved surface.

A title with "front sight" or "rear sight" means a single part. Most other sights are complete sets of front and rear sight.

Angry Bear and Night Fision in the USA, LPA in Italy and Zendl in the Czech Republic make the sights from steel.

Installation

Most sights sit in a dovetail. You drift the old sight out and the new one in with a sight pusher or a punch. See Installation tools.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the sights on my HS Produkt at home?

Yes, with a sight pusher or a punch. Drift the old sight out of the dovetail and push the new one in. If you do not have the tool, a gunsmith can do it for you. See Installation tools.

Which sights should I choose for my HS Produkt?

It depends on how you shoot:

• You use a red dot: co-witness sights. They are tall enough to see through the red dot window.
• You want to zero for your ammunition or shoot competition: adjustable sights. You set windage and elevation with screws.
• You shoot in poor light: tritium. It glows in the dark without charging.
• You shoot in daylight, at the range or in competition: fiber optic.

Do Springfield XDM sights fit my SF19?

Yes. The sights for the Springfield XD and XDM also fit the HS Produkt XDM, HS-9 and SF19.
